Renaud De Bosredon, the creative force behind Composition Spirits, envisioned breaking free from spirits norms. In 2016, while exploring Colombia, he stumbled upon a premium rum distillery that was storing some barrels of Moscatel in a completely random and unexpected way. Inspired by the distinct flavors of rum and sweet wine, Renaud had a groundbreaking idea: blend the two for an entirely new sipping experience.
Over the past 7 years, Renaud, in addition to establishing himself as a leading bartender and spirits educator in the city of London, has been perfecting the blend, testing different combinations, and scouting for the best liquids on a relentless quest for the world’s finest spirits, each one a unique story of origin and artistry. However, here is the twist: Every composition has incredibly limited production.
