In a world that urges us to limit industrial production and intensive exploitation of natural resources, Composition scouts, sources, and blends high-quality spirits that have been waiting in barrels to be enjoyed for years, if not decades. Renaud De Bosredon, the creative force behind Composition Spirits, envisioned breaking free from spirits norms. In 2016, while exploring Colombia, he stumbled upon a premium rum distillery that was storing some barrels of Moscatel in a completely random and unexpected way. Inspired by the distinct flavors of rum and sweet wine, Renaud had a groundbreaking idea: blend the two for an entirely new sipping experience. Over the past 7 years, Renaud, in addition to establishing himself as a leading bartender and spirits educator in the city of London, has been perfecting the blend, testing different combinations, and scouting for the best liquids on a relentless quest for the world’s finest spirits, each one a unique story of origin and artistry. However, here is the twist: Every composition has incredibly limited production.
