The Computational Linguistics and Language Technology Lab (CLLT) focuses on promoting research and education in Natural Language Processing on both a practical and theoretical level. The lab fosters interdisciplinary research between Linguistics, Computer Science and Cognitive Science. The lab specialises on generative as well as neural-symbolic AI/NLP and is the only NLP lab at the University of Crete. The lab has also an active interest in emerging new technologies in Digital Humanities. It is based at Department of Philology, University of Crete and currently headed by Professor Stergios Chatzikyriakidis. Please find more on the lab's activities by looking at the activities section.
