Con-SEPT consists of a young and dynamic team. We combine production technologies from different industries in order to offer our customers innovative solutions. We share a passion for technology with our customers, specialising in valve train components, engineering of mechanical (car) parts and the design and production of test rigs and gauges. Our own metallurgical laboratory ensures the quality of the parts produced and also helps to reverse engineer parts for classic cars. Con-SEPT offers the complete package from the initial design up to mass production. The valve train components con-SEPT designs and supplies, are for classic cars, motorsports and large gas and diesel engines. Being one of the few specialists in this area we develop these parts and provide new solutions and developments. The main parts we develop and supply are: - Engine valves - Valve guides - Valve springs - Valve seat inserts - Valve rotators - Gaskets and seals The test rigs started as a business with the standard spring testers, which we still use to test the valve springs and offer to our customers. The business quickly expanded to a larger business of custom made test rigs and measuring gauges including CE certification and Repeatability and Reproducibility analysis. The customers are in different industries, like train, industrial, medical and automotive industries. For us it is important to fulfil the individual technical requirements of our customers.
