ConAction Hungary

The style of ConAction training differs from standard instructive programs – it is neither regular training nor common lectures. Regular training methodology is aimed at changing the participants’ behavior. Applying and built upon these learning principles, ConAction’s training changes the participants’ way of thinking – i.e. a change in the behavior results from alterations that occur in the mind. If training is directed only at changing behavior (i.e. leaving the mind untouched), the change in the behavior will not be authentic, and will not be lasting and in line with the learner’s mind-set – so the effect of the training will most likely be transient and temporary. ConAction training is designed to transform the way of thinking!
