Business services, consumer products, cannabis, health care, technology/telecom, and niche manufacturing are the industry verticals that we focus on. Many of our clients are founder-led companies that haven’t been exposed to institutional capital yet. We bring the expertise, track record, and relationships to assist them in taking that next step to sophisticated institutional investors, whether they be bank or non-bank lenders, family offices, venture capital or private equity firms. Our clients also include established European companies that need our assistance navigating the US capital markets. Our clients typically generate $10 million or more of annual revenues and our transactions range in size from $5 to $50 million. We approach an assignment with the entrepreneur’s needs in mind – with a clean slate and no pre-conceived notions. We thoroughly assess the business, long term growth plan, culture, and the wants and needs of its management team and shareholders to determine the right strategy.
