Concept Components

Concept Components is dedicated to the manufacture and distribution of quality precision machined parts. Our intention is to build a vital and beneficial link between our organization and our domestic and international customers. Our objective is to provide our customers with a knowledgeable and professional staff capable of consistently providing superior customer service and quality products manufactured to all specifications. We manufacture a variety of components for the aerospace, defense, electronics, medical, and microwave industries starting at diameters of .012 for miniature components to a maximum capacity of 16.00″. The Lathe department consists of 16 machines; 6 Swiss Stars, and 10 Mazak lathes. Our 11 machine Milling department includes 6 horizontal mills, 1 with “lights out” capability having 96 stations, 120 tools, and 18,000 rpm. Our large capacity vertical mills are equipped with beds ranging from 20x40x20 to the largest capacity of 30x80x30. All of which have 4th axis capability. The wide range of equipment permits Concept Components to service the majority of our customers needs in one 30,000 square foot facility. Our large capacity manufacturing of precision milled and turned parts are produced using a wide range of materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, alloy steels and plastics. With our full range of CNC Capabilities, Concept Components is your complete manufacturer of machined parts from prototypes to large volume production runs, from the initial plan to the final finish.
