Conceptom method is based on the FTIR spectroscopy of spent culture media and the deep learning model that has been trained to identify a cohort of blastocysts (fresh and cryopreserved, 5 and 6 days of development) that has reduced (10%) chance to get ongoing pregnancy after 1st trimester. These embryos are associated with more than 45% of negative blastocyst transfer outcomes. Conceptom embryo assessment allows to increase the average life birth rate per transfer by 1.4 times and to reduce the number of miscarriages by 2 times.
