Conceptom proposes the method of embryo unviability prediction through the AI spent culture media analysis to optimize IVF outcomes. Confident assessment is very important for making decisions about embryo usability and strategies in medically assisted reproduction. Conceptom method is based on the FTIR spectroscopy of spent culture media and the deep learning model that has been trained to identify a cohort of blastocysts (fresh and cryopreserved, 5 and 6 days of development) that has reduced (10%) chance to get ongoing pregnancy after 1st trimester. These embryos are associated with more than 45% of negative blastocyst transfer outcomes. Conceptom embryo assessment allows to increase the average life birth rate per transfer by 1.4 times and to reduce the number of miscarriages by 2 times.
