We are a Company providing bespoke catering services for private jets.Welcome to Conciare (www.conciaire.co.uk), we aim to transform the private jet market by being better than anybody else at providing excellent and superior catering and concierge services. We do this by using Nigel’s experience of the restaurant industry in London (some 30 years in all) and we have partnered with the best award-winning restaurants in class for that particular cuisine. We have really unique USP’s - we can flex with the market and no matter which cuisine the client requests, we can source the best restaurant in class to deliver that. Other services include fine wines, flowers, cars and theatre tickets. We hand-picked our restaurants, some by popularity for example, Adam Handling at the Frog and Korubata, and others by offering opportunity in the market for example, Sprig and Heart food whom are both up and coming chefs with their own businesses striving to make waves in their fields (biographies are on our website). Bespoke Each order is bespoke and prepared specifically for the individual client. We can deliver exceptional Turkish food from Yosma, a cutting edge Indian menu from Jamavar (the next Indian restaurant tipped to get a Michelin star) and we even have Peruvian from Chotto Matte and Pacific Rim from Black Roe. All desserts are prepared by the high-end patisserie Pretty Sweet, who can boast Claire Clark MBE and Sarah Crouchman. Claire was executive pastry chef for Thomas Keller at the French Laundry, USA. How do we do this? Working closely with our chosen restaurants, we collect clients’ choice of menu and wines from various locations throughout London and deliver to their jet. On time every time. Our luxury wine and champagne list is extensive, and we offer craft beers, artisan gin to name a few. We also provide service and larder items, from napkins to tea sticks. We also supply flowers organise high end chauffeured car hire and theatre tickets. What sets us apart? We have worked very closely with jet crew to understand their exact requirements and deliver these consistently. We understand how important it is to get an order exactly how the client requires. From the size of the foil trays to the measurement of a water bottle! We have created a simple on-line ordering system which can be completed within minutes, giving peace of mind that this part of the daily task is done, quickly and precisely. Each award winning chef creates a detailed plating guide for their hostess to follow, down to the last detail. We have qualified chefs who then deliver orders to the jet and can then talk through the food’s plating guide with the jets hostess if required. Us!
