In 2016, The Concord Group joined forces with Doug Addis to form Concord Addis, LLC. With Concord’s extensive Owner’s Representative experience and Doug’s knowledge of the Ohio market and 44 years of construction experience, Concord Addis brings together a unique set of expertise. The Concord Group was founded in 1996 and has provided professional development and construction consulting services for over 26 years to healthcare organizations, education institutions, governmental agencies and the private commercial sector on high profile and complex projects. During this time, our staff has grown to over 50 professionals with expertise in Owner’s Representation services (OR), Cost Estimating, Schedule Management, Infrastructure Management, Cost Segregation, Specialized Real Estate Services, Commissioning and Technical Services (including Building Energy Management, Energy Modeling/Life Cycle Costs, Facility Condition Assessments and Sustainability Consulting).
