CCAI was founded 1979 to originally provide consulting services in the field of telecommunications. In 1983 our focus changed to representing manufactures of voice, digital, and wireless telecommunications products.
Initially focused on the New England area, CCAI expended to Upstate and Metro New York in 2007, servicing customers in all areas of telecommunications, including mobility carriers, major telephones companies, independent telephone companies, utilities, contractors, NEMs, and Fortune 500 companies.
CCAI’s 40-plus-year history of customer-focused engineering and support services in the sales representative field has led to CCAI being one of the premiere telecommunications rep firms in the United States.
