For almost 50 years Concord Hotels has been developing talent for the Hotel industry. As a non profit making association of Hotels we specialise in the training and development of young college graduates in the UK, providing them with the platform to drive their career forward. Our ambitious, committed trainees complete a structured programme, working in four member hotels over a two year period, gaining experience in all areas of operations whilst being exposed to a wide variety of environments. An impressive 70% average of graduating trainees are retained within our hotels making membership of the organisation a very effective solution to manpower and succession planning.
