The Concrete and Corrosion Consultancy Practice was formed to meet the needs of the owners and managers of buildings and structures, who need a totally independent, specialist corrosion consultancy, not tied in any way to contractors or material manufacturers. Via a wide range of corrosion testing, including thermal imaging, concrete surveys, cathodic testing and so on, we are able to take care of total building envelope quickly, quietly and economically, leaving building occupants unaffected.
Our practice is made up of staff with many years of experience on projects both in the UK and around the world, giving our clients the peace of mind that our people really are the best in their field. We boast roped access technicians as well as a dive team so that we can inspect virtually any structure for corrosion and safety.
From marine and ports structures to bridges, multi-storey car parks and residential low and high rise tower blocks, we have teams who specialise in the full range of diagnostic testing and surveying. We regularly carry out roped access and dive condition surveys, diagnostic testing of concrete, steel and brick as well as facade surveys and make safe reports. We also carry out laboratory analysis of samples from concrete structures to test for signs of corrosion, enabling us to give accurate reports.
