The Concrete & Construction Association (CCA) is a non profit professional organization sponsored by the Saudi Ministry of Energy and was established in line with the Kingdom’s vision to develop human resources, empower youth, and support human and economic development efforts, was established to spread knowledge in the field of concrete and construction and to train and grant internationally accredited professional certificates in the fields of concrete inspection and construction operations.
