Concrete Structures AS (CS) was established in October 2010. Aker Solutions is currently the main contractor for the CS.
The CS main office is located in Fornebu.
On June 1. 2011 Kvaerner (now Aker Solutions) became a significant shareholder in the company. The main object for us is to manage and execute engineering services in Aker Solutions offshore concrete projects for LNG and Wind Turbines.
CS intends to increase the staff with emphasis on establishing a broader foundation for management and execution of offshore Concrete projects including concrete fish farms. There are now 14 employees in the company.
CS is a shareholder Bemlotek AS and FJORDMERD AS, and have been a key contributor in developing innovative Aquaculture solutions leveraging experience from Offshore Oil & Gas. See www.bemlotek.no and www.fjordmerd.no for more information.
