We are a multi-discipline martial arts training center focused on providing the best self-defense and fitness training in the industry. Through the application of Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and weapons training, our programs provide comprehensive and effective self-defense training for kids, adults, and law enforcement personnel. Our staff consists of combat veterans and seasoned combat arts instructors with decades of experience teaching at the highest levels. In addition to our self-defense training, we provide CrossFit and heavy bag HIIT classes to improve increase your fitness level and surpass your own fitness expectations.
