CONDIVAL is a company with 26 years of experience in the construction sector, which controls its activities in 1993 under the business name "Condival Ltda" and in 2009 it was transformed from a limited company to a company through simplified shares. It offers research, advice and consulting services in all branches of civil engineering and architecture; construction, remodeling and design of civil works; urbanization and division of land lots; study, promotion, development and sale of all types of construction projects. Currently and since its creation, the management of CONDIVAL is exercised by the engineer FELIPE ANDRES VALENCIA SAAVEDRA, a partner of the company, with extensive experience in the field of construction.
