Conference Co-ordinators has extensive experience in the planning and co-ordination of meetings, conventions and exhibitions, from small ‘invitation only’ events to major national conferences. Our list of clients includes private sector companies, associations, major community organisations through to Local and Federal Government departments and agencies. Major national conferences and events managed by our experienced team have involved over 450 speakers, that required management of their every need including travel and accommodation and interpreting services. An important part of many conferences are the social functions. We have organised themed nights, black tie dinners, quiz nights, award presentation dinners, cocktail functions, gourmet barbecues and fund-raising auctions. We have created tour programs for partners and social day programs for delegates and partners.
