Welcome to the 15th edition of the European Hidradenitis Suppurativa Foundation Conference in Malta! With the emergence of innovative biologics, combined with surgical strategies, the HS community is undergoing a remarkable revolution. The EHSF is the congress to discuss cutting edge data and emergent therapeutic strategies in HS; with the latest revelations in clinical and fundamental research, or the most ardent debates on diagnostic and treatments. There is indeed still so much to be done to improve the care of HS patients!
