Confluence Resources, LLC. is a boutique consulting firm founded in 2014 that has experience in every major play across the US, with a focus on the Permian, Williston, and Western Gulf Basins. We have also done work in Central America, South America, Russia, and Africa. In terms of A&D projects, The Company's employees have evaluated more than $30 billion in domestic US assets and have closed on just over $1 billion. We are a full service firm that will help clients on the A&D side source, evaluate, and close on opportunities. Once an asset has been acquired, we can then maximize the value on the asset via analysis of current production and petrophysics/geologic work, build SEC reserve databases for review by reserve auditors/banks, and create strategy plans along with financial models for company growth.
