We believe that introducing minorities to a mentorship network early in their careers will result in accelerated career development. We will create and curate this network and provide a strategic curriculum for mentors and mentees to follow in sessions together, and seek corporate partners to extend the outreach and facilitate their own programs. Our vision is to increase diversity at the senior level of organizations.
