Ryan’s practice focuses on wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases in which he passionately advocates for the rights of his injured clients. A former partner at one of the nation’s largest defense firms, Ryan has valuable insight into how insurance companies operate and regularly uses that experience to take on insurers, large corporations and government entities. His desire to defend the underdog developed early in life when he saw the difficulties encountered by his younger brother with special needs. His goal is to fight for every client the way he would fight for his own family. In the past five years, Ryan has recovered more than $30 million in combined verdicts and settlements, including an eight-figure verdict and several multi-seven figure resolutions. Ryan lives in San Diego with his wife, Erica, and their two children.
