Established in 2014, Congreso Cubano was founded by Orlando Vega, Rick Ostry, and Charlie Miller.
What started as a fun way to spend time cooking with friends has turned into a full-time job for a few chefs trying to bring Latin food back to the Crescent City. After a couple of years of pop-ups all over the city, Congreso Cubano now has the pleasure of catering special events of all kinds in the New Orleans area.
We specialize in events of all sizes, and focus heavily on Caribbean, Spanish, and Latino options ranging from healthy to decadent. Our most popular events include Latino Barbecues, wedding banquets, passed hors d'oeuvres, and corporate catering.
