Congruity Counseling

We are a group of therapists from diverse backgrounds and theoretical orientations who have joined together to provide counseling, coaching, consultation and clinical supervision. We believe that our connection to each other, both in the proximity of our offices and as supportive colleagues inspires each of us to do our best work. Although the primary focus of our work is on the mind; we share a common perspective that we must also consider the physical and spiritual domains of each individual. That said, we are not religious counselors, but seek to help clients to connect more effectively to their own spirituality, even if that simply means connecting more deeply and authentically with the present moment.
