ConHouse is a revolutionary, modular system for building fully passive houses. It is the complete elimination of thermal bridges at every level of the house structure. We use prefabricated concrete slabs of class C35/45 or higher, characterized by water resistance W8 and classes XC4, XF3, creating durable and aesthetically advanced structures that guarantee the strength and longevity of each project. Thanks to the facade with an extremely smooth structure similar to a glass pane, we have a guarantee that it will be aesthetic and easy to maintain for many years. Insulation from the inside and concrete walls from the outside provide full protection against rodents. The lack of the need for a traditional truss means that the entire house has no weak points resulting from poor construction and roof leaks. The technology and process of building a house means that there can be no talk of defective construction of the building.
