As a result of my work, I empowered a senior leader to rebuild his connection and communication with his vice president. I supported a director in building trust and transparency with her sales team and guided a newly promoted leader from resisting to actively engaging her staff in implementing important changes. My aim is to inspire and activate leaders by winning them over and supporting them in meeting their potential in imaginative ways! Let's get to work on what ours to do in this lifetime!
