We provide home modifications and assistive technology so people can live at home, age in place, and live their best life. Since 1954, our organization has been serving our community by empowering people to live their best lives. ConnectAbility of MN serves all ages of people living with a disability. ConnectAbility of MN may enable a Senior with dementia to stay safely in their home instead of a care facility, help a Veteran return to work by automating a home office, advocate for children in schools and empower adolescents as they transition to adulthood to be self advocates. Disabilities, both invisible and physical, affect everyone in the community. ConnectAbility of MN is passionate about equal rights for all, especially those who are meeting the challenges of living with a disability in Minnesota. ConnectAbility of MN collaborates with existing partners in a deliberate effort to avoid duplication of services wherever possible. This approach supports businesses while utilizing existing resources in each community we serve.
