In today’s business world, we still face the problem of unconscious biases and stereotypes: From clouding decision-making processes to impacting interactions with our colleagues, the negative effects of biases are evident. We as the Connecta team aim to improve equality and fairness in business environments. Seeing that there is already a lot of research conducted on how fairer professional environments enhance productivity and innovation within companies, we asked ourselves how we can contribute to that. Our approach is to hold interactive and company-specific workshops that are not “lecture-like” but highly engaging. By that, we want to open up a platform for constructive feedback and strategies that will support the company's journey toward equality and fairness.
