Agile Minds

Those who do well and flourish, even during the most troubling times, are not the ones with a plan for every eventuality, but those who respond with agile flexibility when things do not go according to plan. And a substantial body of evidence shows how the ability to adapt with agile flexibility in the face of unpredictable challenges is a requisite skill for personal wellbeing and collective achievement. The skills of agility and flexibility enable individuals to meet personal challenges. They also facilitate collective collaboration in pursuit of shared objectives. Consequently, the concepts of ‘Agility’ and ‘Flexibility’ have become pivotal in both counselling psychology and business intelligence. In both contexts, agility and flexibility are routed in the perennial principles of intrapersonal and interpersonal human dynamics. The Agile Minds Project seeks to illuminate these principles, and identify ways in which they can be actionable in social and occupational contexts.
