Having years of dedicated experience in the disability sector, Christina has developed a deep understanding of the challenges faced by participants and their families. Beginning her career as a support worker and education assistant, she gained invaluable hands-on experience, shaping her compassionate and person-centered approach to care. As she advanced into leadership and mentoring roles, Christina’s commitment to fostering inclusive environments and empowering individuals became widely recognised. Her expertise and dedication to the field earned her the prestigious title of the 2025 City of Joondalup Community Citizen of the Year as well as a nomination for Outstanding Leader for the National Disability Services Awards 2025. In 2024, driven by a passion for delivering personalised, innovative support, Christina founded Connective Services. She is dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the lives of those she serves, advocating for their needs and working collaboratively to create positive, lasting outcomes
