Connect offers treatment, exercise and performance training services. We provide extended assessment and treatment appointments, hands on therapy combined with active rehab and an emphasis on exercise education. We also offer one-on-one training, custom coaching, team strength and conditioning, and group speciality classes including GLA:D Canada, learn to lift and strength & balance.
Connect is an open-concept clinic with a variety of top-of-the-line equipment including free weights, barbells, power racks, cardio equipment and plenty of movement space. Working as a team, we help individuals, athletes, and sports teams recover from injuries, regain mobility, improve their quality of life, increase their athletic ability, and achieve their goals.
