Connext is a clinical-stage biotechnology company headquartered in South Korea that creates regenerative medicine technologies and products through integration and innovation, contributing to the health of humans. Currently, we have two main products under development: CNT101 and CNT201.
CNT201 is an injectable recombinant collagenase, possessing a great potential as treatments for fibrotic diseases such as Dupuytren's contracture (orthopedic) and Peyronie's disease (urology). CNT201 is accepted for IND for Phase 1/2 Dupuytren's contracture study was cleared by the US FDA in June 2023 which is enhancing early 2024.
CNT101 is the most optimized TLR5 agonist-based immune modulator which demonstrated a great potential as a preventative therapeutic for radiation sickness and aGvHD. Connext has successfully conducted an FIH Phase 1 study involving healthy volunteers and was cleared for the Phase I IND application for acute GvHD by the Korea Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS).
