Connor Pincus Group is a Consulting Engineering Company headed by Vance Connor with a team of people who provide a wealth of experience in building services. A major strength of our company is that our experienced Principal Engineers and director maintain their involvement from project inception right through to the final handover. Every project is overseen by Vance Connor who, apart from providing depth of technical knowledge and coordinating the various disciplines, is also responsible for internal quality reviews and deployment of appropriate resources to meet program deadlines. As an inaugural member of the Green Building Council, Connor Pincus Group has also developed specialist skills in environmentally sustainable design. We are able to provide design of various energy and water conserving systems and can also offer computer-based energy simulation of building designs not meeting the deemed-to-satisfy criteria, in order to establish BCA Section J compliance. Past projects implementing extensive ESD facilities include the Sustainable Energy Victoria Gold Award winning MYOB headquarters in Burwood, Castlemaine School of Mines and the redevelopment of Melbourne Central Retail complex. Our wealth of project experience extends throughout all areas including Commercial, Retail, Educational, Industrial, Heritage, Residential and Institutional Sectors.
