Founded in 2017 by Director Colm Shine, Conro and Sons Groundworks and Civil Engineering Ltd was built on a reputation for hands-on expertise and a personal commitment to every project. After years of increasing demand from clients for his direct involvement at supervisory and managerial levels, Colm established Conro and Sons to deliver skilled labour and reliable services across deep drainage schemes, commercial builds, residential developments, and private groundwork projects.
With a workforce that has scaled to over 60 employees at peak delivery, Conro and Sons has supported national companies across a range of complex civil engineering contracts.
Since launching, the business has seen consistent growth thanks to successful project delivery and strategic reinvestment. In 2022, we expanded our offering to include a fully trained combined service team, providing push camera drain surveys, ground penetration radar (GPR) surveys, and drone inspections.
