We enable businesses to be more conscious of their impacts and dependencies on the environment and understand how to make effective change. This helps organisations to align better with the needs of their clients, employees communities and the planet; increasing competitiveness, reducing risk and aiding employee retention and engagement, and reducing direct and indirect costs. We work with organisations of all sizes from global and FTSE listed business, SME's, microbusiness, NGO's and local government, helping them to achieve impact in an affordable way. For the last three years we donated more than 2% of revenues. Consciam was became a Certified BCorp, to reflect our founding principles of impact, purpose and driving stakeholder value. We strive to minimise our own impacts on the environment, using local business and those that share our sense of purpose, even where that does not drive short-term profitability.
