Our Story: The name ‘Conscia’ comes from the Latin ‘Confidant’. With over 40 years of commercial recruitment experience between them, our two founders Ryan and Graham knew they wanted to build a business based on relationships and not transactions; a business which has your brand at the centre with Conscia as a ‘Work Happy’ footnote in the development of your Employer Value Proposition. The nature of the relationships was transactional, process driven… an approach in personal life or business that rarely results in contentment or happiness, of any description.
