Conscious At Work is all about personal energy management: We aim to have a positive impact on 1111 people’s energy levels by 2020. We do this by increasing awareness of work-life integration, helping people manage their reservoirs of personal energy, as well as supporting burnout prevention and recovery. This comes in form of 1 on 1 coaching, workshops, in-company trainings and office yoga sessions.
The mastery program combines coaching and personal effectiveness tools with yogic practices. We focus on getting the best out of people and their potential in three ways:

We offer easy access to office yoga sessions and coaching at the clients' offices. Flexible and on demand: scheduled when needed.
