Conscious Leadhers is an initiative being developed for high-potential women in corporate who want to make an impact in the world. Leading a brave new world from the inside-out. To transform society, we must first transform ourselves. If you relate authentically to life, to yourself, to the world, and to society, you start the process of social change. It is about the power to see. The Power to give. The power to be. To drive progress in the brave new world, foresight intelligence, cultural intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence will become paramount to critical thinking in a tsunami of systemic issues as we navigate through the 4th Industrial Revolution. The conscious leadhers aims to be a movement. We believe when you bring women into a room, the earth trembles. We believe when women speak their truth, things happen. In front of every great revolution stands a woman. We see the injustices of the world, the disregard for humanity. The political and social instability. By using our powerful voices, we will be fighting with wisdom, knowledge, interrogation, collaboration and action to push the human race forward. We will be the ones who give hope in a time where apathy rules. We all can bring that change if we have the audacity to face our internal fears (big or small). That is our Inside Job. The Outside Job is to drive impact within organisations, community and society at large to bring about true transformation so that everyone may thrive. Audacious goals, but we believe that together, we can do this. If we as women unite, we create a sisterhood where we hold each other accountable, support each other, and celebrate each other, we will become part of something far bigger than ourselves.
