Meditation apps lose 95% of their users within 30 days. For app owners, that’s a huge problem. Why do users drop off? What do they struggle with? How can they be supported better? Right now, most apps only have emoji mood trackers or basic usage stats—but no real insight into why people stop meditating. The best way to build a habit? Join a meditation center, go on retreats, and grow with a teacher. But let’s be honest—not everyone has access to that. It can be intimidating to walk into a new place, sit for an hour with strangers, and make it part of your routine. That’s where Conscious Paths comes in. A meditation coach add-on powered by Generative AI, designed to bring the power of personalized support into meditation apps. Unlike static meditation libraries, our AI-based coach guides users, answers their questions, encourages their progress, and keeps them engaged—all while using your app’s own teachings and philosophy. We ran a 6-week pilot with users who were struggling with meditation. With our AI support, they meditated 3x more, reported higher satisfaction, and saw significant benefits in their daily lives. Now, we’re preparing for a larger study to measure the impact on user retention and app engagement. Because users who meditate more stay on the app longer—and are more likely to stay subscribed. Beyond boosting engagement and retention, Conscious Paths provides real insights into user behavior. Users share their experiences through our AI coach, and we analyze these interactions to deliver anonymous, aggregated reports to app owners, so that they can understand their users’ challenges—and improve their service to keep them engaged.
