Yogasadhana.org is aimed at the promotion of Yoga for mental and physical wellbeing. It has been designed to cater to not just individuals but entire companies and institutions who look forward to boosting morale through a holistic practice that brings positive internal change. The current times of panic, stress, and anxiety, especially, call for an initiative that encourages holistic wellbeing. Yoga sadhana aims to encourage exactly that. In addition to this, we also pledge to encourage eco-friendly practices and empower rural artisans. Through the soon-to-be-launched store that will provide exclusive Yoga merchandise that is handcrafted by local artisans, we strive to bring about these changes. About Instructor: Badarinath is an internationally certified Yoga instructor with 5+yers of teaching experience. Through his classes, he was able to touch 15000+ lives across the world. Transformed many lives. He has represented India and Yoga in various global events and forums and done yoga workshops for leading companies like Infosys, Genpact, etc. Some of his events got published in Indian newspapers, he has been interviewed by the National Radio station in Rome. Currently, Badarinath is on a mission to popularise the ancient Indian knowledge of Yoga that could help people live a more peaceful, blissful and harmonious life by promoting authentic techniques. He hopes to educate as many people as possible about the benefits of practising Yoga. His vision is to make this world a better place to live in for future generations.
