In 2014, Conscious Capital Inc. was founded as a holding company, which today owns companies that manage investments made in early stage and growth stage that improve human health. In 2015, Conscious Capital Events, LLC was founded to “connect family offices and fund investors in collaborative and safe environments to evaluate opportunities that create social impact beyond financial return.” Past speakers of the company’s events include business leaders, economists, Nobel Prize Laureates, heads of UN agencies, heads of government, and KOLs at academic medical centers. In 2017, Conscious Giving, Inc. was founded as a public benefit corporation to support charitable and humanitarian causes, which today has tax-exempt status under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and makes grants to nonprofit organizations around the world. Conscious Giving, Inc. also has Consultative Status with the UN Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), which allows the corporation’s designated representatives to engage key stakeholders in an international arena who are also committed to bridging the gap between political and financial worlds to drive sustainable development. In 2020, Conscious Capital AG was founded to prepare European companies for growth and success and introduce their leadership to aligned investors and potential partners who can help to make their company’s intentions and vision real.
