CONSCIOUSXCHANGE is an equity-focused business, leadership, and life design coaching and consulting company for BIPOC professionals and entrepreneurs who are grounded in values of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), the pursuit of social, political, and economic advancement of racialized communities, and liberation for all. We are working to build a world where people of racialized identities can hold social, political, and economic power and achieve time, location, financial, and occupational freedom. We do this by helping BIPOC entrepreneurs launch and scale their own businesses and BIPOC professionals claim their seat at the table and lead from within.
