Creating and scaling an effective analytics team can be another real challenge, and determining the starting point can be quite overwhelming. This often translates into inadequate specialized recruitment, and misalignment between hiring objectives and outcome. We’ve also identified the need for C-level analytical support for smaller organizations not yet prepared to maintain full-time positions in this area. We work with our clients to break down complexity, identify opportunities, architect implementation plans, and promote internal adoption.
