Services Provided by CONSER 1. Tendering and Pre-tendering stage o Services Provided to Owners and Consultants ▪ Assist the owners and the consulting companies in the preparation of the documents ▪ Assist in solicitation process, i.e. obtaining quotations, bids, offers, or proposals as appropriate, ▪ evaluation of tender offers, and ▪ awarding contract. o Services Provided to Contractors ▪ Assist in the preparation of the tendering documents for contractors, and ▪ Review the tender documents to show the obligations and its corresponding cost 2. Construction Stage • Contract Administration and Management: o Services Provided to Contractor, Owners and Consultants ▪ Complete contract management such as contractual correspondence and mitigation measures, e.g. preparation of Minutes of Meeting, document control and reporting, etc. ▪ Preparation of documents for variations. • Cost and schedule Management o Bills of Quantities Preparation, Cost estimation at tendering stage and variation cost valuation. o Prepare and review interim and final payment applications. o Prepare, review, and update programmes of works. o Preparation of Recovery programmes of works. ▪ Dispute Resolution Services ❖ Preparation of documents for claims and counterclaims notices and its particulars. ❖ Assessment and recommendations for the entitlement of disputed parties in claims. 3. Project Handover stage • Contract close-out and settlement of the Contract. • Identify and analyze the lessons learned from the project and submit a report on it that includes recommendations for future projects.
