(USISA) is an Andalusian company, which for more than 40 years has been a traditional can and salted fish company.Our factory is situated in Isla Cristina (Huelva, Spain). We process over 12,000 tons a of fish a year , under the brands of TEJERO, USISA and EL DECANO. USISA currently supply to Spain and part of Europe. We have a movitated and qualified workforce, working to all EU standards. Our products are protected by the Regulatory Council of Andulasian Mackeral and Melva. This means strict guidelines and checks are adhered to. We are committed to sustainablity and the enviroment, striving to lower our global footprint preserving nature.We only work with fresh materials caught from our coasts. Delivering a high quality product to our customers. Sourcing local ingredients from Andalucía. This includes sunflower oil , olive oil and sea salt. This helps maintain our quality and also reduces our carbón footprint. The final product has a high nutritional value, due to the vitamins, minerals, unsaturated fat, protein and high Omega3 content.
