For almost 50 years, Consolidated Packaging Group (CPG) has been one of the nation's leading manufacturers of flexible packaging. From our modest beginnings with (2) six color stack presses and (4) Sheldahl bagging machines, CPG has grown into a full service flexible packaging company and is one of the largest manufacturers of Inno-lok pre-zippered film. CPG specializes in manufacturing a wide array of products, such as Stand Up pouches, Quad Seal pouches, Inno-Lok® pre-zippered film and Zip360® pre-zippered films. We also produce laminated rollstock of all film structures, some of which can be modified for microwave use via our Preco laser processing system. Our new SQF Level 2 Certified 117,000 sq. ft. facility in Ridgefield Park, NJ is rated as AIB Superior and houses new 10 color HD wide-web printing presses. Everything we do, from HD printing to lamination to converting to slitting, is done in-house in 2 Weeks or Less.
