Consortio International is an integrated Development Management, Project Management, Design and Engineering Consultancy firm specialized in a wide range of services. Project Management: Consortio provides overall Planning, Controlling and Coordination in order to keep the project within budget and time constraints. Our Planning activities involve providing the Client with implementation programs, cash-flow projections and project manning schedules, intended and designed as both control tools and as an information source for the Client. Architecture & Engineering: Having a full set of architectural and engineering disciplines in-house allows Consortio to undertake the Project from the initial Conceptual Phase, through Schematic, Design Development and Final Design phases. Emphasis is always placed on quality of the final products and on a cost effective design to our client Urban & Master Planning: Our integrated approach combining experienced planning with international market research provides master planning and architectural services that optimizes the value of a property. Indeed, a good plan is the foundation of any successful development. By elevating a project’s efficiency and realizing the full potential of its synergies, we produce master plans that are as much destinations as value investments LEED Consultancy: Consortio's staff consists of LEED® Accredited Professionals and assists clients to obtain Project Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). Consortio has used the LEED® rating system as a framework for the energy and environmental design for many buildings and is currently managing the Certification process for numerous projects under the same system.
