Jeremy Francis has worked in human resource development for over 35 years. From a background in Training and Development within leading British and American banks in 1982 he became a self-employed Human Resource Development Consultant working with blue chip corporates including Shell, Kimberly Clarke and Pfizer. He founded Rhema Group in 1985 with the aim of providing customised human resource development solutions through the use of consultancy, instructor led training, coaching, psychometric assessments and online learning and development resources. In 2015 Jeremy created Constantior.com which specialises in delivering blended training and development solutions Worldwide. Jeremy and his global team focus on Employee Development, Personal Development and Online Assessments in the areas of:  Leadership and Management  Performance Management  Change Management  Sales and Account Management  Communication  Personal Effectiveness The blended solutions, he and his team create, include Instructor Led Training, Coaching, Mentoring, Virtual Classrooms, Virtual Learning Environments and E-Learning. In 2016, Jeremy finished the creation of Constantior Resources which is a site which provides trainers, coaches, line managers and employees with downloadable training and personal development resources. Jeremy is fully committed to people’s growth and development and in 2017 he launched a new site entitled Jeremy Francis HR Membership. This is a subscription site aimed at people managers, HR managers and trainers.
