Constructing Change is a pioneering multi-network of organisations dedicated to driving meaningful transformation in the construction industry. We focus on promoting diversity, delivering social value, and creating a lasting positive impact on communities. Our mission is to educate, inspire, and empower young people, particularly those aged 13–16 from disadvantaged areas, while increasing opportunities for women, championing diversity, and prioritizing the health and well-being of those within the sector. By tackling systemic challenges head-on, Constructing Change leads the way with innovative, collaborative solutions that reshape the industry. We unite Contractors, Designers, Supply Chains, Central and Local Government, the Education Sector, Institutions, and other key stakeholders - pooling expertise and resources to drive sustainable development, social equity, and community empowerment.
