Constructing West Midlands (CWM) was Established to deliver significant cost and time savings in the procurement of construction work across the West Midlands region, Constructing West Midlands is a ready-made delivery vehicle for building, repair and maintenance works including but not limited to, New Build, Heritage and Retrofit.
The framework has a 16-year track record in the delivery of publicly funded projects and is a proud member of the National Association of Construction Frameworks (NACF).
Working in partnership with some of the industry’s leading contractors, it offers an unparalleled level of experience and expertise giving clients access to construction experts who advise the industry and Government at a national and regional level. As a wholly owned public framework, it is also committed to delivering environmental, economic and social sustainability.
Constructing West Midlands is a collaboration between Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council, Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council and Acivico Limited, a design, construction and facilities management specialist which is wholly owned by Birmingham City Council and which operates the framework.
