Construction Joint Stock Company 47 (HoSE: C47)

Founded in 1975 on the basis of a Construction Unit of Zone No V with its task to build irrigation works for serving Agricultural production and the livelihood of the people in Central coastal and highlands provinces of Viet Nam. From the beginning of foundation Construction Corporation 47 (CC47) had many difficulties such as lack of modern equipment and well- trained cadres & worker, poor material facilities. However, CC47 has made the strategy of carrying out reasonable management mechanism, paid attention to management of works and quality, bravely invested on new equipment, expanded production, taken the initiative in seeking jobs for workers, paid fairly salary, etc. Thanks to those policies, CC47 has continuously developed. In terms of achievements, CC47 has been awarded the First-class Labor Medal in 1997, the title of “A Labor Hero in the era of change” in 2000, and the Second-class Independence Medal in 2011 by the Party and Government. At present, CC47 is now one of the leading construction companies in building Irrigation and Hydropower works. All works constructed by CC47 have been highly evaluated by Departments for its quality, arts and time assurance. Additionally, CC47 has expanded operation into other fields such as: Restaurant – Hotel ( Hai Au Hotel of 4-star standard and Hai Au Bien Cuong of 3-star standard), repairing construction machines, manufacturing mechanical products, testing the mechanical strength of structured concrete, exploiting the transportation of construction materials, etc. Those activities have hugely contributed to the annual turnover of the company.
